We keep this simple: the site has no accounts and no payments, so the only personal data we hold is what you send us and basic website analytics.

The data controller is ROI GROWTHMEDIA LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16136723, with registered office at 4 Princes Street, Mayfair, London, England, W1B 2LE.

What we collect

• Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in your message.
• Technical and analytics data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring source, timestamps and error logs.
• Cookies. Only essential ones by default; analytics and advertising cookies are set only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not run user accounts, do not process payments and do not knowingly collect data from children.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible collaboration (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interests). To keep the site secure and understand how it is used (legitimate interests). To measure our marketing where you have consented (consent). To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that make the site and our email work: hosting and infrastructure, email, and analytics and advertising providers where you have consented. We may disclose data where the law requires it. We never sell your data.

Some providers operate outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence: up to two years after our last contact, or longer where a project is agreed and records are needed for tax and accounting. Analytics data: up to 24 months. Anything held for legal or accounting reasons is kept for the period the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time. Write to creator@isitrealstudio.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EEA.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
